We deliver our services with professional care and skill. However, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Oriented shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
